Cancel Reservation
To cancel your Go Car Rental booking, please complete the form below. For refundable bookings canceled at least 24 hours before pick-up, a full refund will be issued. For non-refundable bookings, we’re happy to reschedule your trip or provide a credit voucher for future use.
Cancellations made less than 10 days before the rental start date are subject to a €30 processing fee, which will be deducted from any applicable refund or credit voucher.
We offer price matching for rebookings made through our website. If your reservation is now listed at a lower rate or you'd like to change car models, contact us directly, we’ll update your booking with no extra fees or exchange rate differences.
