Go Car Rental offers a variety of additional insurance options, including collision damage waiver (our liability waiver), gravel protection, tire insurance, theft protection and more. Be sure to ask what is included in each package and weigh the risks against the costs of each insurance option before settling on a policy that's right for you.
Picking up and dropping off a rental car in Iceland is a relatively easy process. First, you'll need to make sure that you have the necessary documents - your reservation confirmation, credit card and driving license, as well as proof of insurance. After that, visit your local Go Car Rental location to pick up your vehicle.
When it comes time to drop the car off, be sure to allow enough time for both inspection and paperwork. Once the inspection is complete your rental agreement wil be closed. The staff will inspect the car for any damage so we ask you take good care of it and return it with a full tank of gas. Taking these steps will help ensure a smooth and efficient experience when renting in Iceland.
