We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your car rental reservation with Go Car Rental Iceland, please fill out the form below.

If you cancel at least 24 hours before your intended pick-up time and have chosen the refundable payment option during the booking process, you'll receive a full refund. Please be aware that refunds may take 5-7 business days to process.

If you are planning to cancel and rebook with us due to a lower price or switch car models, we recommend contacting us directly to adjust your booking. This way, you can avoid unnecessary credit card fees or potential losses from refunds processed at a lower exchange rate.
